Sample Answer 1

The line graph illustrates the sales of handmade olive oil soaps to tourists in Turkey throughout the year 2015, with figures provided in millions of Turkish Lira. This report will summarize the most prominent patterns and trends shown in the graph.

It is evident from the graph that sales followed a fluctuating pattern, with significant peaks and troughs throughout the year. The highest sales were achieved in March, while the lowest sales were recorded around July. Additionally, the graph demonstrates that the sales performance varied from month to month, with no consistent upward or downward trend across the entire period.

In January, the sales of handmade olive oil soaps began at 200 million Lira, followed by a dramatic rise to 350 million Lira in March, marking the peak for the year. However, from this point, sales started to decline steadily, reaching just over 100 million Lira in July. Each month during this decline, approximately 50 million Lira in sales were lost.

The trend shifted in August, with sales rebounding to nearly 200 million Lira, but the increase was short-lived as sales dipped again in September. Towards the end of the year, the sales trend stabilized, with figures climbing modestly and closing the year at slightly under 200 million Lira in December. This indicates that while sales fluctuated throughout 2015, they ended on a relatively stable note compared to the earlier months.

Sample Answer 2

The line graph provides insights into the sales of handmade olive oil soaps to tourists in Turkey throughout 2015, with the sales figures measured in millions of Turkish Lira. This report will summarize the main trends and variations in these sales over the course of the year.

Overall, the sales of handmade olive oil soaps displayed a fluctuating pattern, with the most substantial rise seen in the first quarter, followed by an evident slump through the mid-year period. The graph also reveals a brief resurgence towards August, though the trend remained irregular throughout the remainder of the year.

Beginning at 200 million Lira in January, the sales experienced a steep surge, peaking in March at over 350 million Lira, marking the highest point of the year. However, from April onward, a continuous downward trend emerged, with sales progressively decreasing and reaching their lowest level of just over 100 million Lira by July.

August saw a notable recovery, as the sales of handmade olive oil soaps rebounded sharply to approximately 200 million Lira. Nonetheless, this rise was not sustained, with September witnessing another drop in sales. From October to December, sales remained fairly consistent, gradually climbing and closing the year close to the 200 million Lira mark. This illustrates that, despite the fluctuations, the sales trend ended in December at a similar level to where it began in January.
