Sample Answer 1

The table illustrates the number of people working as researchers in technology per million population across five countries—Turkey, Poland, Mexico, Moldova, and Togo—over a period of five years from 2003 to 2007.

Overall, Poland consistently had the highest proportion of technology researchers throughout the given period, while Togo recorded the lowest figures. A general trend of fluctuation can be observed across most countries, with some experiencing increases over time, while others saw a gradual decline or mixed variations.

In detail, Turkey began with 47 researchers per million in 2003, showing steady growth throughout the period, peaking at 106 researchers in 2007. In contrast, Poland started with 285 researchers per million in 2003—the highest among the five countries—but this number progressively decreased each year, ending at 226 researchers in 2007. Despite this drop, Poland maintained the highest ratio of technology researchers by the end of the period.

Mexico’s figures demonstrated a rise and fall pattern. Beginning with 147 researchers per million in 2003, this number increased to 242 by 2005, only to drop significantly to 183 in 2007. Similarly, Moldova experienced a decline from 103 researchers per million in 2003 to 89 in 2005, but it then witnessed a recovery, reaching 114 researchers per million in 2007. Meanwhile, Togo consistently reported the lowest figures, with minor fluctuations ranging between 17 and 23 researchers per million throughout the entire period.

Sample Answer 2

The table provides information about the number of people working as researchers in technology per million population in five countries—Turkey, Poland, Mexico, Moldova, and Togo—over a five-year period from 2003 to 2007.

In general, Poland maintained the highest proportion of technology researchers throughout the period, while Togo consistently recorded the lowest figures. Across the countries, some demonstrated a steady rise in the number of researchers, whereas others saw a decline or fluctuating trends over the years.

Focusing on Turkey, it showed a gradual increase in the number of people working as researchers in technology, starting with 47 researchers per million in 2003 and reaching 106 by 2007. Poland, which began with the largest number—285 researchers per million in 2003—experienced a continuous decrease, concluding with 226 researchers per million in 2007, though it still held the highest count among the five nations.

Mexico displayed more erratic trends, increasing from 147 researchers per million in 2003 to a peak of 242 in 2005, before falling to 183 by the end of the period. Moldova initially recorded 103 researchers per million in 2003, which dipped to 89 in 2005 but recovered to 114 in 2007. Meanwhile, Togo consistently showed the lowest figures, fluctuating slightly between 17 and 23 researchers per million throughout the years, demonstrating limited changes in its workforce engaged in technology research.

Sample Answer 3

The table outlines the number of people working as researchers in technology per million individuals across five countries—Turkey, Poland, Mexico, Moldova, and Togo—during a period spanning from 2003 to 2007.

Overall, Poland consistently retained the highest share of technology researchers throughout the period, while Togo remained at the lower end with minimal changes in its figures. Turkey showed a clear upward trend, whereas Mexico and Moldova experienced fluctuating numbers over the five years.

In terms of specific figures, Turkey started with 47 researchers per million in 2003, and the number gradually rose each year, peaking at 106 in 2007. Poland, despite having the largest number of researchers per million people in 2003 at 285, witnessed a continuous decline over time, reaching 226 by 2007, although it still maintained the highest proportion overall.

Mexico followed a more irregular trend, beginning with 147 researchers per million in 2003, increasing to 242 in 2005, and then dropping to 183 by 2007. Similarly, Moldova recorded 103 researchers per million in 2003, followed by a dip in 2005 to 89, but ended on a higher note with 114 in 2007. Togo consistently exhibited the lowest numbers across all years, with minor fluctuations, ranging between 17 and 23 researchers per million, underscoring the limited presence of people working as researchers in technology in the country.
